Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Stratify, a software-as-a-service platform for agencies and engineering teams (“Service”), operated by AppSynth (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Stratify provides workspace software for project delivery, resource allocation, time tracking, reporting, and related operational features. Stratify is a software product. Any optional onboarding or support we provide is incidental to the software and does not convert Stratify into a consulting or staffing service.
2. Accounts and workspaces
You are responsible for the accuracy of account information, for safeguarding credentials, and for activity under your workspace. Organization owners and admins control member access, roles, and workspace settings.
3. Free trial
New workspaces may receive a 30-day free trial. A payment method is not required to start the trial. When the trial ends, continued paid features require an active subscription. We may provide a short grace period before access is limited.
4. Subscriptions and fees
Paid plans are billed per seat on a monthly or yearly basis as shown on our Pricing page. Fees, taxes, and currency conversion may apply at checkout. Seat counts are based on active workspace members unless otherwise stated in your plan.
5. Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns related to payment processing for paid subscriptions.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by:
- violating applicable law or third-party rights;
- attempting unauthorized access to systems or data;
- using the Service to build competing spyware or covert surveillance products;
- abusing optional screenshot or activity features outside your organization’s policies and applicable employment or privacy laws.
7. Optional time evidence features
Screenshot capture and related activity signals are optional, organization-controlled features intended as compliance and time evidence—not covert monitoring. Workspace administrators configure these features and are responsible for lawful notice and consent to their members where required.
8. Customer data
You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data.
9. Refunds
Refunds for paid subscriptions are described in our Refund Policy.
10. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from these Terms is limited to the fees you paid us for the Service in the three months before the claim.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service and cancel a subscription according to billing settings and these Terms. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, unlawful use, or risk to the platform.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
